Hotel a Spring City

“This place was filthy with stained sheets and dirty tub and toilet. Part of building has a collapsed roof.”

“The room was as good as the ones in luxury hotels, but I walk with a rollator and it would not fit in the bathroom. The buildings are from 1950 and 1970 and are odd and dated seeming, but interesting in a way. The place is not ADA compliant by any means, and we are handicap, but we managed. The view from the room was wonderful, although with a huge casino in the center of it.”

“Room was fairly clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud (according to my fiancé) but at least it worked! Bathroom was clean, single sink, roomy shower. Breakfast looked great, but we opted for Dunkin that is walkable from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a 90th bday party and a wedding during our stay so pretty busy but they got everything settled. Overall 9/10 would stay again.”

“The staff at the hotel treated me like I was family. This is a family run business and they truly care about the environment and your experiences. The local atmosphere is fantastic. I highly recommend this place.”

“The property was nice and the staff was very nice. However, our air conditioner leaked water on the floor …. as in the floor was soaked. We reported it on Saturday night. We checked out Monday morning. It was never fixed. Their solution was to give us more towels to put on the floor. My husband had to walk on the soaked floor to get in and out of bed. On a good note they serve an amazing complimentary breakfast on the weekend.”

“Pretty good motel. Were the walls thin so you could hear other rooms - yes. Was the a/c working and fan loud enough to cover that noise - yes. Linens were clean and bed comfortable enough - also yes. Rest of the room wasnt super clean, but it wasnt falling apart or anything super gross. Felt safe in the location as well. Overrall great value for the price.”

“No staff on site - registration is automated through phone and keypads with codes. Property was clean and spacious. I appreciated the full kitchen and outdoor patio. Location was convenient for my needs.”

“Place was eh. A/C in the room was crazy loud and could barely being room to temp.”

“The ceiling/floors are very poorly insulated for sound so you hear every step from your neighbors above. It is so loud it almost seems amplified in the wall space. It's a shame because the hotel is otherwise nice. But this sound issue is so bad it is almost a joke. Completely unacceptable.”

“As I sat in my vehicle smoking a cigarette, a guy who was a guest starts yelling things about the hotel kidnapping & murdering people and him shooting someone. I got my family & left as soon as the cops arrived.”

“Came for two nights, had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. The hotel has a charming vintage feel to it, with excellent service.”
